This USB chargeable front bike light has five modes for day and night. At maximum output (1300 lumens) it runs up to 1.5 hours. At 800 lumens, running time is 3 hours, and at 400 lumens it is 6 hours. Thanks to the adjustable mount the Ion Pro RT fits handlebars with a 25.4 - 35.0 mm diameter.

Price difference compared to the Bontrager Ion Comp R
It pairs easily with my Garmin Edge 1030+ GPS. When I start the ride on my GPS, this front light (along with my rear light) comes on. When I stop the ride, they switch off. I do need to be careful, though, when I set off on a different bike but with the same GPS. In that case, the lights in my garage will stay on until I get back. I then have to switch them off via the GPS. PROBLEM: They’ve replaced the micro-USB with USB-C, but they’ve forgotten to make the opening in the casing wider. The plastic casing of the USB-C is too wide. I had to cut 1 mm of plastic off both sides to plug the USB-C in.

ik had al een lamp gehad maar na 5jaar bijna dagelijks gebruik begaf hij het ineens, direct terug een besteld omdat hij goed is.
